There was heavy scrolling in all the media channels that there will be a one line statement expected from Prime Minister Office on the issue of Telangana. Many viewed that nature of statement would be in the lines of that issued by Chidambaram on Telangana.

After the meeting between Central Cabinet and other major leaders from UPA alliances along with Political Affairs Committee meet, everybody expected a statement that may balance the volatile situation prevailing in Telangana and Seemandhra areas.

It was a sheer disappointment because Central Government even now looked less concentrated on the issue by issuing the statement that, “Central Government is all looking into the happenings in Andhra Pradesh. We request the leaders and people of Telangana and Seemandhra regions to maintain peace and patience.”

The time when Seemandhra agitators expressing their anger to take back the statement given by Chidambaram and Telangana agitators are threatening about possible violence if the given word is taken back, it is perfectly a double edged sword kind of situation for Centre and one should wait for few more days as Manmohan Singh and PMO disappoints total state once again.
