Workers declaration soon, Naidu

TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday said that a Workers’ Declaration would soon be announced for the welfare of workers.

Participating in the May Day celebrations at the NTR Trust Bhavan here today, Naidu said, TDP will fight relentlessly for the welfare of workers. The ex-gratia for deceased construction labour will Rs one lakh, he said.

Naidu accused the Centre of exploiting workers’ labour. Creation of assets is important but according them to the deserved people is also equally important, he said.

Earlier, Naidu was accorded a warm welcome at the NTR Trust Bhavan. This is the first time he is coming to the party office after returning from padayatra.
