KKR Govt will collapse after by-polls: TDP

Telugu Desam Party senior leader Payyavula Kesav on Friday predicted that the government led by Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy would collapse immediately after the announcement of by-elections results.

Participating in an by-election campaign at Rayadurgam in Anantapur district, Payyavula Kesav said that the people of State would reject Kiran Kumar Reddy Government following his indifferent style of functioning and for not responding on people’s issues. He said that half of cabinet worked during the stint of former chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy would land behind bars for their role in issue of 26 controversial GOs favouring YSR Congress president and Kadapa MP Jagan Mohan Reddy in accumulation of wealth.

Stating that Revenue Minister N Raghuveera Reddy was the prime accused in the corruption case, he said that the TDP has already submitted evidences to the probing agency CBI in this regard. However, the TDP leader alleged that the CBI was not acting promptly on the TDP's evidences and delaying the case further.

Describing the Congress and YSR Congress as 'looters' of the State, he demanded Raghuveera Reddy to disclose the 'secret pact' he had with Jagan Mohan Reddy. He demanded that former MLA and supporter of YSR Congress Kapu Ramachandra Reddy expose Raghuveera Reddy's links with mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy in connection with OMC mining scam.
