Narasimhulu flays KCR

TDP senior leader Motkupalli Narasimhulu on Thursday came down heavily on TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao.

Addressing a press conference at NTR Trust Bhavan, he blamed KCR for cheating the people on Telangana statehood and held him responsible for 700 deaths in the region.

Describing him as Samaikyaandhra activist as he belonged to Vizianagaram, he said that KCR raised the Telangana state issue with selfish interests and minted money to the tune of Rs 50,000 crore in the name of agitation for his family members. He also released CD of KCR speeches while he was in TDP.

Though 700 people laid down their lives for the cause of statehood, he said no one from KCR family ended their lives committing to the state formation. He demanded KCR to pay compensation to the kin of those who laid down lives for the cause of Telangana.

Describing him as `chameleon,’ he condemned KCR for his double speak on zonal system and also for terming martyrs as boot polishers. Terming KCR as an opportunist, he said KCR policy was vote, seat and note and he would easily fall into this trap.

He called upon people of region to come out from the clutches of KCR to achieve statehood.

He asked as to why he was not raising statehood issue after his return from New Delhi and demanded him to disclose secret pact with Congress president Sonia Gandhi.
