Reacting on the hunger fast of Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu, which was continuing at the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Science, Mr Tulasi Reddy said that the only solution to the adamant attitude of Mr Naidu was through dialogue.

Mr Naidu’s fast entered its fifth day on Tuesday.

Stating that the state government was never adamant and indifferent on farmers’ woes, he said the Chief Minister has already invited Naidu for dialogue in this regard.

Mr Tulasi Reddy appealed to Mr Naidu to withdraw his fast and come for dialogue with the Chief Minister to find an amicable solution to the problem.

Reacting to the news that former Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy had launched his `Lakshya Deeksha’ in Vijayawada pressing the government to solve the farmers’ problems, the Congress spokesperson said that YSR’s soul may have become restless over the developments.
