The Congress High Command on Wednesday made it clear that the decision by K Rosaiah to resign as Chief Minister was his purely personal choice.
Talking to media persons before leaving for Hyderabad, where he is expected to attend the crucial Congress Legislature Party meeting, Union Law Minister and Party In-Charge of Andhra Pradesh Affairs Veerappa Moily revealed that Mr Rosaiah had met Congress President Sonia Gandhi and requested her to relieve him from the post.
Mr Moily added that "Chief Minister K Rosaiah wanted to relinquish the post and had met the Congress president. After considering everything, Ms Sonia Gandhi gave her consent for his resignation," Moily said.
Mr Rosaiah had on Tuesday denied meeting Ms Sonia Gandhi during his visit to the National Capital.
Asked if he foresees any political crisis arising out of Mr Rosaiah&rsquo;s resignation, Mr Moily assured that "the Congress Government in Andhra Pradesh is stable. There is no question about instability."
Earlier, All India Congress Committee general secretary Janardhan Dwivedi stated that Mr Rosaiah was not summoned and that he had come on his own to Delhi on Tuesday.
"He had come on his own and expressed his willingness to resign citing some personal reasons. Today, he was informed that his resignation has been accepted," he said.

Governor ESL Narasimhan on Wednesday accepted the resignation of Chief Minister K Rosaiah and advised him to continue in the post till alternative arrangements are made.
Earlier, Mr Rosaiah had addressed his last press conference as Chief Minister at the Secretariat and proceeded to the Raj Bhavan to submit his resignation to the Governor.
Sources say that Mr Rosaiah had requested the Governor to accept his resignation with immediate effect. He was closeted with the Governor for about 15 minutes.
In his resignation letter, Mr Rosaiah stated that he was unable to withstand the work-pressure citing his advanced age and the growing pressures of work, Governor office sources said.
Earlier, Mr Rosaiah had sought to dispel any doubts that there was any sort of pressure on him to resign by saying that there were no political reasons behind his resignation. He had refused to name his possible successor.
The Chief Minister also termed his decision to resign as &lsquo;satisfactory&rsquo;, but added that his unparalleled stint as the Finance Minister, in which capacity he has the unique distinction to present the state Budget for a record 16 times was far less strenuous. Mr Rosaiah also presented the budget for the 16th time during his stint as Chief Minister.
Mr Rosaiah took the opportunity of his last press meet at the Secretariat to thank the Congress party, the bureaucracy and the people for reposing faith in him. He also declared his unstinted cooperation to whoever succeeds him.
Mr Rosaiah, who looked relieved during his press meet, stated that he had decided to resign not only because his age did not allow him to continue, but the work pressure also forced him to relinquish his office as he was not in a position to discharge his duties under pressure from various quarters.
"Earlier as a Minister I had not much of a work load and therefore I could function at ease," he stated.&nbsp;
"However, I worked as a disciplined soldier for 14 months," he said and added that though he did not belong to any particular group or a section, yet he was given a chance to serve the people by the High Command.
Mr Rosaiah categorically stated that High Command entrusted the job to fill the gap created by YSR's untimely demise and he did his best receiving full cooperation from his colleagues, MPs, MLAs and from Chief Secretary down to the last officer. He expressed his gratitude to all those who stood behind him including the high command.
Mr Rosaiah was also specific in referring to the press and said in a lighter vein, "due to a busy schedule, I could not give you time. And at times I may have lost my cool while talking to you. Please take it in right perspective. Now I am a free man, you can come to me any time and treat me as your friend."
Mr Rosaiah hardly fielded any questions from the press after his formal announcement. He was obviously determined to leave abruptly for Raj Bhavan.
But to a question, he denied that there was any political pressure behind his resignation. "No not at all," he said. On the other, he made it clear that he rose to such a status with the blessings and cooperation of the Congress High Command.
Stating that Sonia Gandhi had bestowed a responsibility on his shoulders, Mr Rosaiah maintained that he was grateful to her for choosing him for the post. &nbsp;
The 78-year-old Rosaiah had taken over as the chief minister on September 3 last year following the death of YS Rajasekhara Reddy in a helicopter crash the day before. He remained at the helm of the government for 447 days.
Mr Rosaiah&rsquo;s resignation caught most of the politicians in the state off-guard, since speculation was rife in political circles that he had visited New Delhi to brief the High Command over the fall out of a programme aired by Sakshi television channel which was seen as adverse to AICC president Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh

The slow pace tend to put off viewers as the scenes are predictable till the entry of Suriya.The narration picks up pace with the entry of Suriya and the spiritual elements generated curiosity. The conflict attracts all and though the interval block is routine, the first half ends on a decent note. When one expects a better second half, the narration turns cliched and screenplay goes for a toss. The comedy scenes looked outdated and dragged the narration to the next level.The pre climax is good but inspired by films like Kantara and Pushpa but lacked the strong emotions associated with them. RJ.Balaji followed the similar template in Veerabhadrudu which he did in Nayanthara's Mookuthi Amman except for few variations.The songs tuned by Sai Abhyankar had Tamil flavor. Srinath Maganti performed well in the lead role. He showed the pain of carrying his childhood happennings and dealing with them and also showed his mass angle showing his prowess with rustic and rugged look. He entertained with his mass mannerims and expressions and emotions. He with his screen presence made an impact on the screen with his dialogue delivery.
Rajhessh performed well in the role of the antagonist Patel and the scenes featuring him and Srinath stands out. Gayathri Ramana made her debut and she performed well in the role of a innocent young girl who also takes a bold stand while choosing her life partner.
Rajkumar Kasireddy and Muralidhar Goud made their presence felt with their performances. Vishwabath Mandalika is ok in the role of&nbsp; the lead actor's father. Kamakshi Bhaskarla got limited screen presence and in one scene she came up with powerful performance. Others performed according to their roles.

Mension House Mallesh story is penned by Bala Satish. Bala Satish came up with a story in the backdrop of a rustic village atmosphere. The story has no new elements and lacks freshness. It starts in a predictable manner and continues in the same vein right from the start to the finish.
He added mass elements and double-meaning dialogues to appeal to B,C centres. He drew inspiration from the films like Ek Mini Katha and others. He took the core point from such kind of films which viewers were treated with earlier and added mass elements to attract.
Few scenes in the first half may appeal to masses but even they cannot sit through all the drinking scenes at the start. The second half turns out to be a patience tester and pre climax turns out to be little decent before the film comes to a happy ending. The story turned out to be routine and predictable and screenplay turned out to be uni dimensional and convenient. Direction followed the familiar traits.
Suresh Bobbili's background music is according to the story and the narration. The songs are situational and didnot make much impact. Ammamuthu's cinematography highlighted the rustic village atmosphere quite well and in a realistic and natural manner. The editing of Garry.BH is ok but could have been better as there are many repetitive scenes that impacted the flow of the narration. Dialogues are penned to attract the masses. Production values are good.

Sampradayani Suppini Suddapoosani story revolves around a middle class family whose happy life turns upside down due to surprising events and how they overcome them. Sriram (Sivaji) is a honest Panchayat Secretary leading a peaceful life with his wife Uttara (Laya) who craves to get rich and his son Mittu (Rohan) in Horsely Hills. However their life takes a startling turn when Sriram gets involved in a heated argument with the SI Vikram (Prince Cecil). Where this leads to and what role MLA Thimmappa (Sharat Lohitaswa), police&nbsp; officer Sudheer (Dhanraj), Raghava (Ali) form the rest of the narration.

Sivaji did well in the role of a honest person who goes all out to save his family when faced with a difficult situation. He showed good expressions and emotions and his bod language is natural and realistic.
Laya complimented him well as the housewife. She did a good job and delivered dialogues accordingly. Roshan is ok in the role of their son.After a longtime, Prince Cecil is see in a key role and he is ok with is performance.&nbsp; Dhanraj performed in a typical manner in the role of the police officer and it is tailormade for him. Ali's role failed to evoke laughs.
Others like Jabardasth Emmanuel, Raj Tirandasu, Karan,Sharath Lohithaswa played their roles accordingly.

Sampradayani Suppini Suddapoosani story is written by Sudheer Ram. He tried to come up with a hilarious crime thriller and for that he came up with a tried and tested formula. His story drew inspiration from films like Drushyam and many other films alike.
He tried to blend humor and thrills but failed on both fronts. He starts the narration by introducing the protagonist's family as a different one by adding a hilarious touch. However nothing excites. None of the character arcs appeal to viewers as they just pass through the motions and most of the scenes miss logics and had artificial flavor.
The comedy of Sivaji, Laya and Roshan didnot workout as the scenes lacked the strengh and the role of Prince turned out to be silly. Director Sudheer Ram's story, screenplay and direction turned out to be weak and disappointinng. While the first half has routine elements, the second half fared no better as it had artificial elements and this tested the patience of the viewers. Preclimax and Climax turned out to be even more silly.
Cinematography of Ritwik Reddy is ok and BGM of Ranjin Raj is in sync with the narration. The editing of Balu Manoj failed completely. Production values are ok.

Altogether, Sampradayani Suppini Suddapoosani turns out to be spineless treat. Much was expected as it marked the return of Sivaji and Laya as the pair and the film was named after a hit song. However, the director Sudheer Ram came up with a weak story that missed everything. Many such stories came earlier and right from the start till the finish, the script is loaded with artificial elements and illogical scenes. Even on OTT this wouldn't have worked and the makers took a bold decision going for the theatrical release. The makers should have scrutinized the story and script and reworked on the writing before proceeding ahead with the project. Considering all these aspects, Cineosh goes with a 2 star rating for Sampradayani Suppini Suddapoosani.

Sree Vishnu played a completely different&nbsp; role in the film. He slipped into the role effortlessly and did justice to it. He showed good emotions while feeling the pain of a small girl, expressed accordingly when he was not given the crime reporter job and came up with intense expressions while trying to nab the criminal.&nbsp;
Reba Monica John played the role of the ACP.&nbsp; Her role is used just to take the story forward and she didn't get much scope to show her talent. She just passed through the motions.&nbsp;
Veer Aryan played well in the role of the antagonist. He came up with menacing expressions and carried the same through out the film with his body language.

Mrityunjay story is penned by Sri Hussain Sha Kiran who worked as the assistant director for Sukumar. He wrote a crime thriller to capture the imagination of all. The narration starts in a slow manner and with Sree Vishnu introduced in a different way, people will be wondering what the director is upto.&nbsp;
However once the mysterious deaths start happening screenplay is in place and the narration picks up pace. Following few cat and mouse games between the hero and the villain, the first half ends with interesting but predictable twist. The second half also continues in the similar manner and the film finally comes to an end bringing the much needed relief to the viewers.&nbsp;
The screenplay is even and uni dimensional for majority of the part. Director tried to come with an investigative thriller, but the so called investigation turns out to be farce. Police are shown as puppets and ACP as a dimwit. Even the race between hero and the villain to go after each other donot excite anyone.
People are witness to such scenes since the olden days and those who expected something new will be completely disappointed. Director missed many logics in the narration and most of the scenes looked silly and even school kids will be laughing instead of getting excited.
Vidya Sagar Chinta's cinematography showed the scenes in a realistic manner. He used the lighting to perfection to show the night scenes in an interesting way. He used the colour combinations accordingly to show the variations in scenes.&nbsp;
Kaala Bhairava with his background music elevated the scenes according to the narration. The editing of Sreekar Prasad is decent except for few repetitive scenes here and there. Production values of Light Box Media, Picture Perfect Entertainment are good.&nbsp;

Prakash Raj as usual came up with subtle and powerful performance. He delivered dialogues in a hardhitting manner and with his screen presence elevated the scenes.Rao Ramesh is good in the role of a judge.&nbsp; Priyamani is fine in her role as the mother while Radhika Sarathkumar, Nassar and Jeeva played the powerful cameos taking the story forward. Others like Srikanth Iyengar, Mime Gopi, Hareesh Peradi, Raghu Babu, Getup Srinu, Venkat, Niveksha ,Pramila Rani performed according to their roles.

S.Saraswathi story is penned by Varalakshmi Sarathkumar. Varalakshmi planned to touch the contemprary and the burning topic of atroticies on women and how justice is denied to them. She tried to add the medical disorder in order to add surprise element to the proceedings and the investigation process.
Initially at the start, this looked interesting but in her effort to thrill viewers taking them to the new heights, she overdid it and altogether in the end, it turned out to be a laughing stock. Except for the so called medical disorder, everything turned out to be routine and predictable. After the so called surprise elements, viewers can predict everything and this turned out to be the biggest backdrop.
While the story turned out to be routine and monotonous, even the narration and screenplay turned out to be repetitive making it a tedious watch to the viewers. The first half comes to an end with a predictable twist and when one expects a better second half, it turns out to be a disappointment.
With the surprise element coming out, Varalakshmi started beating around the bush and the preachy dialogues in the pre climax and climax didnot inspire any confidence. Finally, S.Saraswathi's good intentions got diluted due to Varalakshmi's over enthusiasm and the flat screenplay and direction.
Thaman's music and songs though situational acted as speedbrakers. His background music is in sync with the story. A.M. Edwin Sakay's cinematograhpy is good and showed the scenes in a realistic and believable manner.
Venkat Raajen's editing left a lot to be desired. There are many scenes that turned out to be repetitive and slowed the pace of the narration.
Production values of Dosa Diaries are good.

Meera Raj who played the female lead performed according to the situation. She looked gorgeous in some scenes on the screen.

Though the intention is right, many such films came earlier and the story offered nothing new. The narration starts on a predictable note and from then on the entire first half treads with routine and monotonous elements and few irritating stuff with over the top and silly dialogues from both the father and son. When the first half ends, viewers heave a sigh of relief , expecting a better second half.
The second half continues in the same vein with many illogical scenes. However couple of scenes in the run up to the pre climax and climax adds value and connect chords of some viewers. Finally the film ends in a predictable happy manner. Screenplay looked forced and the direction treaded in an aimless manner.
Amarnath's editing left a lot to be desired. There are many scenes that looked out of sync and unnecessary to the proceedings. However, he couldn't be faulted as the story itself turned out to be weak. VRK Naidu's cinematography is as per the story and did justice to the scenes. The music is tuned by Rishi is turns out to be average. Songs at times acted a speedbrakers. The background score is ok. Dialogues are artificial and so too are most of the scenes. Production values are just average.

Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukerjee, Party In-Charge for Andhra Pradesh Affairs and Union Law Minister Veerappa Moily and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi’s Political Advisor Ahmed Patel will attend the crucial CLP meeting on Wednesday evening to discuss the fallout of Chief Minister Rosaiah’s resignation.
The representatives from the High Command are expected to land at Begumpet Airport in the city at around 4:30 PM from where they will proceed towards Lake View Guest House. They are expected to discuss the political situation with senior party leaders of the state.
