Bollywood heroines are scared of glamour image. The trend is new. Every heroine is picking a peculiar path of registering an image which is above regular glamour. Like what was done by Rani Mukherjee, Deepika Padukone, Vidya Balan, Kangna Ranaut and few others in recent times, buxom Sonakshi Sinha has also changed her track. Yes, the ruling trend in Bollywood is to grab heroine oriented scripts added with action and dynamism.
After doing ‘Dabangg, Rowdy Rathore’ to ‘Lingaa,’ looks like Sonakshi isn’t delighted with progress of her career. After a special cameo in ‘All Is Well’ released last year, she took a very long break of more than one year preparing herself for AR Murugadoss directorial ‘Akira.’ This movie is a remake to Tamil hit ‘Mounaguru.’
‘Sonakshi rejected many offers in last one year preparing for ‘Akira.’ She learnt special action skills keeping heart, soul into characterization. Sonakshi spent a complete one year communicating with Murugadoss in the process of complete development as an actor. She is damn sure of hitting the jackpot on September when ‘Akira’ hits the screens,’ a B-Town source said.
