Is “Shambho Shiva Shambho,” an art film?

Shambho Shiva Shambho” is all set to hit the theatres on 14th of the month. With Raviteja, Priyamani, Naresh and Shiva Balaji in the lead, one can expect a lot of entertainment.

It is a bit interesting to note that “Nadodigal”, the Tamil version of “Shambho Shiva Shambho” although was a super hit, but its success was mainly attributed to artistic taking and its hero Sasi Kumar who doesn’t have any star value over there has pulled the movie as a surprise with message 'Friend in need is a friend indeed'.

In Telugu version, Raviteja is portraying the role which Sasi Kumar has done in Tamil. In contrast Raviteja has a huge mass following in Tollywood and artistic movies from this hero can never be accepted by audience. The best example is “Naa Autograph,” which although has excellent story and wonderful music was just an average grosser.

With “Adurs” and “Namo Venkatesha” in the fray, the position of “Shambho Shiva Shambho” is much dependent on the fate of these two.
