Nivin Pauly And Dulquer Salmaan Discuss Reuniting For A New Film

Nivin Pauly and Dulquer Salmaan could soon share the screen again, with the Malayalam stars expressing interest in working together on a new project. The actors recently met and spoke about several personal and professional matters. They reportedly realised that, despite being close friends, they had not seriously discussed a film together for more than a decade.

Their possible reunion has created excitement among Malayalam cinema fans, especially after their memorable collaboration in Bangalore Days. Directed by Anjali Menon, the 2014 film featured Nivin, Dulquer, Fahadh Faasil, Nazriya Nazim and Parvathy Thiruvothu. The film became a major success and remains one of Malayalam cinema’s most popular ensemble dramas.

Nivin revealed that both actors are open to collaborating again if they find a script that suits them. However, there is currently no officially announced project featuring the duo. Their willingness to work together again is nevertheless generating considerable interest, particularly because their last major collaboration was more than a decade ago.

The discussion comes as both actors continue to focus on different projects. Dulquer’s I’m Game has been postponed and is now scheduled for September 3, while Nivin recently discussed the delayed Benz, revealing that around 35 shooting days remain. For now, fans will have to wait for the right story to bring Nivin and Dulquer together again, but their reunion could become a major Malayalam cinema event.
