Will Ravi Teja continue Year of Comebacks

2026 is turning out to be year of comebacks for many Tollywood stars. In the midst of all this, speculation is on whether other stars make a comeback.

It all started with Samantha who made a resounding comeback with the family thriller Maa Inti Bangaram. The film directed by Nandini Reddy turned out to be Samantha's first Rs 100 cross grosser and the makers are already planning a sequel.

Akhil who had been desperately waiting for a hit for a longtime as his films right from his debut turned out to be flops, finally scored his first hit with rustic action entertainer Lenin. The film directed by Murali Kishore Abburu went on to gross more than Rs 100crs at the box office.

Varun Tej also made a comeback of sorts scoring a hit with his horror entertainer Korean Kanakaraju. The film did well at the box office.

Many wrote off Suriya after a string of disasters. But he teamed up with Telugu director Venky Atluri for Viswanath & Sons made a strong comeback. The film is going great guns at the box office.

Now all eyes are on Ravi Teja who is coming with Irumudi directed by Shiva Nirvana. The film is releasing on 21 Aug and it has all the ingredients. Can Ravi Teja who failed to score hits recently, continue the comeback trend and score a hit?
