Aadarsha Kutumbam To Release On Gandhi Jayanthi

Putting an end to weeks of speculation, the much-awaited Venkatesh, Trivikram Srinivas film Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 – AK47 has officially locked October 2, 2026, Gandhi Jayanthi, as its theatrical release date. Producer Naga Vamsi and the Haarika & Hassine Creations team confirmed the festive slot, signaling confidence that the shoot is progressing at a brisk pace and will be completed on schedule. The makers initially eyed a summer 2026 or Dasara release but shifted to Gandhi Jayanthi to avoid a direct box office clash with Prabhas’ Fauji, which is planned for the Dasara window around October 20, 2026. The climax shoot has already been wrapped, and insiders say Trivikram has planned this project meticulously despite his reputation for longer schedules.
The newly unveiled release date poster features Venkatesh with his on screen family, Srinidhi Shetty as his wife, along with a grown up daughter and pre teen son, capturing the warmth of a close knit household. Billed as a family drama with action and comedy, the film explores the lives of a seemingly perfect family at House No. 47 whose ideal image unravels when hidden tensions and unexpected incidents surface. The cast also includes Nara Rohit, Pujita Ponnada, Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji, and Tamil comedian Yogi Babu in a key role. Buzz on social media further suggests Dhurandhar actor Udaybir Sandhu may be playing a powerful villain, though an official confirmation is awaited.
Aadarsha Kutumbam marks the first full-fledged directorial collaboration between Venkatesh and Trivikram Srinivas, after the latter penned memorable dialogues for Venkatesh’s classics Nuvvu Naaku Nachav and Malliswari. The reunion has generated tremendous excitement, with fans expecting Trivikram’s trademark emotionally rich storytelling, humor, and family values blended with Venkatesh’s strong entertainer appeal. This is Venkatesh’s 77th film and comes after his ₹300-crore comeback with Sankranthiki Vasthunam, putting him firmly back in the big league.
The film boasts a powerful technical team with S. Thaman is composing the music. Ravi K. Chandran handles cinematography, Sreekar Prasad is the editor, and Kevin Kumar choreographs the action sequences. Produced by S. Radha Krishna (Chinababu) under Haarika & Hassine Creations, the film is being mounted lavishly. With a Gandhi Jayanthi release now fixed and Netflix acquiring digital rights post-theatrical, Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 is shaping up to be a wholesome festive entertainer aiming to deliver emotions, laughs, and action for all sections of viewers.
