Pawan Kalyan comments on ticket hikes shock all. Power Star Pawan Kalyan is coming to entertain movie lovers with his upcoming film Ustaad Bhagat Singh. The film directed by Harish Shankar is releasing on 19 March 2026.

It is known that Pawan Kalyan is the Dy CM of Andhra Pradesh and Ustaad Bhagat Singh easily got permission for the hike in ticket rates in the state. However in Telangana, hike in ticket rates are yet to be permitted.

Pawan Kalyan attended the pre release event of Ustaad Bhagat Singh yesterday and he came up with a shocker about hike in ticket rates. He said “Ticket hike for movie tickets is not exploitation. Cinema is not compulsory, and no one is forced to watch it at gunpoint.”

He continued “Producers invest huge amounts of money in films, and they have the right to recover their investment early.”

At a time when people are expressing concerns over hike in ticket rates and also empty theatres, Pawan Kalyan's comments came as a shocker to everyone.
