Patang to Release in Theatres on December 25th 2025

Team Patang has officially locked its release date, the film will hit theatres worldwide on Christmas Day, December 25th, 2025. Initially scheduled for December 2024, the film was postponed for extensive CG and refinement work. Now complete, Patang is ready to charm audiences with its colorful storytelling and unique theme. Set around a kite flying competition, Patang is a sports comedy being explored for the first time in Telugu cinema.

Featuring Preethi Pagadala, Vamssi Pujit, Pranav Kaushik, Anu Hassan, S.P. Charan, Vadlamani Srinivas, Vishnu Oi, and Sivanarayana, the film marks the directorial debut of Praneeth Prattipati. Produced under Cinematic Elements and Rishaan Cinemas by Vijay Sekhar Anne, Sampath Maka, Suresh Reddy Kothinti, and Naani Bandreddi. A major production house is soon to be announced as the presenter, ensuring a wide and festive theatrical release this Christmas.
