Top producer and FDC Chairman Dil Raju has expressed dissatisfaction over the way the film industry handled the Gaddar Film Awards ceremony organized by the state government. He was particularly unhappy about the non-attendance of some members of the industry at the ceremony. Dil Raju believes that if the government is giving awards, then everyone should definitely come and accept the recognition.
According to Dil Raju, once the date of the awards is announced, everyone should note that date in their diaries and reserve that day for the award ceremony. He emphasized that it is the responsibility of all filmmakers to travel with governments and appreciate the recognition given by them. Dil Raju's comments come after the successful organization of the Gaddar Film Awards ceremony, which was held in a grand manner.
Dil Raju thanked everyone who participated in the ceremony and expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for allocating valuable time for the event. He also appreciated the guidance of Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy. Dil Raju's suggestion that filmmakers should prioritize government recognition highlights the importance of such awards in the industry.
FDC MD Harish IAS also participated in the program, which further underscores the significance of government-industry collaboration in promoting the film industry. With the Andhra Pradesh government also planning to give awards soon, Dil Raju's comments serve as a reminder to filmmakers to prioritize such recognition and show appreciation for government support.
