Supreme Court continues interim protection to Dil Raju. TFDC Chairman and star producer Dil Raju continued to get relief from the Supreme Court regarding copyright infringement case. It is known that writer Mummidi Shyamala, approached court accusing Dil Raju and the makers of Prabhas' Mr.Perfect, including director Dasarath of copying the story from her novel Naa Manasu Korindi Ninne.
It is known that the Supreme Court already gave interim protection staying the High Court order directing cops to investigate under section 63. Now the Supreme Court once again stated that the interim protection for Dil Raju over copyright case will continue till the further investigation.
The court posted the hearing at the later date. Couple of months back Supreme Court bench consisting of Justice J.B. Pardiwala and Justice Mahadevan gave temporary relief to the producer and director issuing a temporary stay on the court proceedings.
