Her directorial debut, Kotya, is an action fantasy film that follows the story of a young migrant sugarcane cutter who gains superpowers after undergoing a forced medical procedure. The film, which will be produced by filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane, is a Hindi/Marathi action-fantasy that explores themes of empowerment and freedom.
Radhika made her main stream film debut with South film Raktha Charitra opposite Vivek Oberoi directed by Ram Gopal Varma and then she was seen in Prakash Raj directorial Dhoni in Tamil and Telugu bilingual. Then she shot to fame with Nandamuri Balakrishna's Legend which became blockbuster followed by Lion with NBK. She then acted with Rajinikanth in Kabali.
