Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday warned the government that his party would introduce a No Trust motion against Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy to mount pressure on Centre for demanding introduction of Telangana Bill in the Budget Session of Parliament.

Talking to media persons after chairing a party politburo meeting at TRS Bhavan on Friday, the TRS chief demanded that the Telugu Desam Party should support the No Trust motion introduced by his party. KCR said that this would also clear the confusion about the TDP’s stance on the separate statehood demand. “With this the stand of TDP will be known to people of the state,” he stated.

KCR further accused the TDP as acting like a Congress agent by continually making allegations against the TRS leaders. He said that the allegations were baseless but the TDP still persisted in leveling them. The TRS chief said that this was evidence of the TDP’s ‘collusion’ with the Congress.

Reacting on the rumours appearing in a section of media that Congress was making efforts to get him to merge the TRS in its fold, KCR refuted them as baseless and termed it as media creation.

He asked the media to act in a responsible manner before airing such news on channels.

KCR further added that the Telangana Political Joint Action Committee members would stall the Assembly Budget Session demanding T Bill in Parliament.
