Bichchagadu, Pencil Killed By Weak Promotions

As we have reported yesterday on couple of new movies arrived as part of every Friday ritual lacked in publicity, the same is now showing an adverse impact on their overall run. ‘Pencil’ from GV Prakash and Sri Divya has proved to be a shocker for Friday cine lovers because the film offered enough entertainment with a thrilling murder mystery heard to be the central plot. All those audience entered into cinema halls with least expectations were served with a satisfactory experience.

The second release of ‘Bichchagadu’ (in Tamil ‘Pichaikkaran’) from Vijay Antony also garnered positive reports from viewers. Although conviction is known to have missed in crucial scenes, overall the thought and impact was appreciated. This movie enjoyed decent run even in Tamil Nadu.

All in all, these two dubbing films opened to good public talk need some extra pumping of energy to stand for a week in theaters. Weak promotions and lack of interest from respective producers are surely going to kill them in no time. Never late than ever, time for them to wake up and give a shot because ‘Sarrainodu, Supreme’ and ‘24’ have already become old.
