Aarambham (2024) Movie: What's Behind

The sci-fi thriller Aarambham has garnered significant interest among movie lovers. Let's delve into its box office performance as it hits theaters today.

Aarambham (2024) Movie: Story Review

Aarambham story revolves around the mystery behind the escape of a prisoner from a prison with tight security and how the detectives resolve the case overcoming all the surprising turns.

The officers and jailer of Kalaghati jail are stunned when Prisoner No. 299, Mighel (Mohan Bhagath), orchestrates a sensational escape. Detectives Chaitanya (Ravindra Vijay) and Madhav (Abhishek Boddepalli) are tasked with unraveling the mystery behind the escape. The ensuing investigation leads to intriguing revelations and twists, making for a compelling narrative.

Aarambham (2024) Movie: Artists Review

Mohan Bhagath delivered a strong performance in his role, showcasing a range of emotions and expressions that elevated the scenes he was in. Lakshman Meesala provided entertainment with his hilarious antics, adding a light-hearted touch to the film. Surabhi Prabhavathi portrayed the role of a mother convincingly, adding depth to her character. Ravindra Vijay made a notable impact with his portrayal of the detective, bringing a sense of gravitas to the role. Overall, the cast delivered performances that were in line with their respective roles, contributing to the film's narrative.

Aarambham (2024) Movie: Technicians Review

Aarambham, penned by director Ajay Nag, stands out for its departure from conventional Telugu cinema storytelling. His courage to explore a new genre is commendable. However, despite the initial excitement, Ajay Nag struggles to maintain the same level of engagement throughout the film.

The inclusion of the Dejavu factor, while intriguing, ends up confusing viewers instead of adding depth to the narrative. Simplifying this aspect would have made the story more accessible. Additionally, the emotional elements lack the necessary depth to leave a lasting impact on the audience. The slow pace in the flashback sequences and the absence of compelling twists and turns in the investigation further detract from the overall viewing experience.

Aarambham would have benefited from some script refinement to enhance its impact. The dialogues are impressive, and Sinjith Yerramilli's music, along with the impactful background score, adds to the film's atmosphere. Devdeep Gandhi Kundu's cinematography is adequate, but Preetam Gayatri and Aditya T Tiwari's editing could have made the film more concise. Despite these shortcomings, the film boasts good production values.

Aarambham Movie: Advantages

  • Mohan Bhagath
  • Interesting Story

Aarambham Movie: Disadvantages

  • Confusing Narration
  • Missing Emotions

Aarambham (2024) Movie: Rating Analysis

Altogether, Aarambham after the initial promise failed to take off to the next level. Despite commendable performances from the cast and crew, director Ajay Nag's story falls short in delivering the expected twists, turns, and thrills, ultimately affecting the overall output of the film. Taking these factors into consideration, Cinejosh gives Aarambham a rating of 2 stars.
