Aishwarya Rajesh powerful take on Cinema

Aishwarya Rajesh came up with stunning and powerful comments on cinema. Participating in the discussion with  Baradwaj Rangan to discuss the evolving path of south Indian cinema and the current opportunities creators are exposed to, along with AL. Vijay and Vishnu Sasi Shankar said, "Cinema has always been hard for women to create their own space."

She continued " However, the word female-centric never existed ten years ago but now things have changed for the better. In fact, I struggled initially to land on good roles as many filmmakers approached female actors only for the typical roles."

She shared "It is hard to predict which film would work and which would not. For instance, I really thought Driver Jamuna would work in theatres but it didnt. However, got favorable responses in OTT,"
