Tollywood is still waiting for an announcement of government’s permission for 100 percent occupancy. Though central government gave permission for theaters to reopen with 50% occupancy, Telangana is yet to give permission for the same. Thus, Telugu filmmakers are in dilemma as to when to release their films.
Meanwhile, it is coming out that, mega brothers- Sai Dharam Tej and Vaishnav Tej are planning to release their respective films in the month of November. Both Solo Brathuke So Better and Uppena are ready for release and they are expected to grace the theatres in next few weeks.
These two films were initially planned for summer release. But, owing to the corona pandemic and the subsequent lockdown they got postponed. Finally, makers of both the films are mulling over releasing them in November. It has to be seen whether Solo Brathuke So Better and Uppena will release in short gap or they will make sure of minimum of two weeks gap!
