In a significant development in Bollywood hero Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide case, an FIR has been registered against Sushant's singh girlfriend and his co-star Rhea Chakraborty.
The Patna police registered the cases under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide), 341 (wrongful restraint), 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft), 406 (criminal breach of trust), and 420 (cheating).
Reportedly, the Patna police registered FIR based on the allegations such as '15 Cr transferred from Sushant’s bank account in one year', 'Sushant’s credit card and,bank accounts were run by Rhea and her family,' 'On June 8th,Rhea left with Sushant’s cash,jewellery,' and 'Rhea had his medical records and threatened to make it public.”
Ever since the suicide of Sushant, there has been huge uproar and agitation from his fans against the nepotism that prevailed over Bollywood. Sushant's followers have been demanding the government to make a CBI inquiry on Sushant's case.
In the meanwhile, Sushant's last film Dil Bechara was released on online recently and received terrific response.
