Leggy lasso Anushka Shetty as per schedule should have entertained with her upcoming entertainer Nishabdham in January itself. However, the filmmakers postponed the film to February. This triggered rumors that the pre-release business did not happen up to the mark.
But even now there is no update over the film's release from the producers. Now suspicion is increasing as to why the Nishabdham team is maintaining a stoic silence over the entire issue.
Inside talk is Nishabdham producers have a share in Venkatesh, Naga Chaitanya's multi starrer Venky Mama. Plans were on to release Nishabdham through Suresh Productions. However, Suresh Babu told them that February is not the right time for the film release and they would look for a good date.
Nishabdham's team respecting his decision became silent over the film release. It is known that release date played an important role in Venky Mama's decent performance at the box office. So Nishabdham producers are not keen to take any chances.
In the midst of all this, Sweety Anushka is unhappy over the delay of the film. Already the gap between Anushka's films is increasing and with Nishabhdam getting delayed is upsetting her.
The film stars Madhavan, Anjali, Shalini Pandey, Michael Madsen in key roles under the direction of Hemanth Madukar.
