Breaking: RRR In Festival Race!

RRR To Release In October For Dussehra

SS Rajamouli’s multi-starrer RRR with young tiger NTR and mega power star Ram Charan was initially planned for release on July 30, 2020. Now, if a latest grapevine is to be believed, the film’s release is postponed to Dussehra.
As per sources close to the film, RRR is pushed to October. Delay in production works is one of the reasons behind postponement. More importantly, makers of the film want to release the film in a holiday season. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited.
Curiously, Ram Charan during his visit to Vijayayawada, couple of weeks ago announced that there will be no change in release date of RRR. Nonetheless, it seems, the film will get postponed for the festival season.
RRR's storyline is set in the era of 1920s pre-independent India. While NTR plays young Komaram Bheem, Charan will be seen as young Alluri Seetharama Raju in the film that will also feature Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn.
It is certain that, if RRR gets postponed to Dussehra, no noted film will hit the screens during the festival season.
