Ram Gopal Varma tested the patience of movie lovers giving them a third degree torture in form of Amma Rajyamlo Kadapa Biddalu. Despite all the critics panned the film with negative ratings and theatres finding no takers, RGV celebrated the success meet and what not he said he would be filing a defamation case against six members who worked hard to stall his film's release.
RGV alleged Indrasena Reddy, Praja Shanthi President KA Paul, censor official Jyothi and another three members tried to stall his film's release and stated that he would fire 20crs defamation case.
But even before he could do that, Hyderabad Cybercrime police issued notices to RGV regards to a case booked against him for morphing the photos of evangelist and political leader, KA Paul.
Police acting on the complaint filed by KA.Paul's secretary registered a case against Varma under sections 469 , 509 and relevant sections of the IT Act. additional DCP KCS Raghu Vir said cops asked RGV to appear before the investigation officer for further inquiry.
