Director Sukumar attained super stardom following the industry hit Rangasthalam with Mega Power Star Ram Charan. Many stars showed interest in teaming with him, but Sukumar after initially joining Mahesh Babu, walked out of the project and teamed with Allu Arjun.
The project #AA20 stars Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine. In the meantime Sukumar is taking various decisions to speed up the project which revolves around sandalwood smuggling.
Sukumar and Allu Arjun planned to shoot in the never seen before locations near Tirupati. He is trying his best to shoot the important scenes in a dense forest to get the real feel. He shortlisted Andhra Tamil Nadu Karnataka border which is full of thick and dense forest. But the officials are not giving permission as the forest is full of dangerous tigers.
So Sukumar now decided to shift the shooting locations to Bangkok and will show the same as the Nallamala forest. Right after that Sukumar will shoot in the jungles of Thailand.
While all this is generating interest, sources say the film has Sukumar's routine touch. It is known that Sukumar in all his films be it 1-Nenokkadine, Naannaku Prematho and Rangasthalam has revenge backdrop. He is using the same theme this time with the forest and red sand smugglers backdrop.
Sukumar is planning to show Allu Arjun in a complete mass avatar like the one he showed Ram Charan in Rangasthalam with a rugged look.
