Macho hero Gopichand who is going through lean phase is in desperate need of a success. He is pinning all his hopes on his next outing Chankaya which is releasing on October 5th for Dussehra. Mehreen Kaur Pirzand played female lead in the action thriller directed by Thiru under AK Entertainments Banner.
Chankaya theatrical trailer has been released just a while ago. The film portrays the heroics of a RAW Agent who is in exile and is now leading a simple life as a bank employee on a purpose. Besides high octane action part, the trailer also shows romantic side in the film. Mehreen is seen as Gopichand’s love interest.
However, the trailer lacked intriguing factor because of routine dialogues, usual action, typical background score and customary taking. All in all, the trailer lacked novelty in almost all the technical departments.
Only a big and unexpected surprise element can save the film from becoming a victim of Sye Raa storm. It is known that, Mega star Chiranjeevi’s Sye Raa will be hitting the screens on 2nd October.
