In a crucial final battle with Japanese player Nozomi Okuhara, PV Sindhu got the stupendous victory with 21-7, 21-7 lead. She has just crushed her opponent in 38 minutes.
With this grand victory, PV Sindhu has taken revenge on her defeat against Okuhara in the final match of world championship, 2017.
PV Sindhu has now turned even bigger star sports woman of India. She has now become one and only winner of BWF World Championship on behalf of India. Post her victory in finals, PV Sindhu said, "I'm proud to be an Indian'.
