Of late, top actress Samantha and singer Chinmayi are being trolled by netizens more than like anything. Literally, they turned laughing stock for netizens. But why? Here is an analysis.
Every now and then, Samantha speaks much about women harassment and other feminist ideology. In the process, she even went on criticising Kabir Singh. On the other hand, Chinmayi made an outcry as part of 'Me Too' nuisance when a sexual abuse happened in her childhood. Thereafter Chinmayi felt like a world top class feminist and started expressing her feminist views.
That's okay. But then, the problem lies with both the women stayed dumb at controversies embroiled on Manmadhudu 2 and Bigg Boss 3rd season.
King Nagarjuna had lip-lock scenes with heroines in Manmadhudu 2 barring his age factor which triggered huge criticism on him among netizens. Ironically, the film was directed by none other than Chinmayi's husband Rahul Ravindran. Chinmayi was expected to raise her voice against lip-lock scenes and Rakul Preet's smoking scenes in the film. However, she turned hypocrite and kept mum on those scenes. Similarly, Chinmayi hasn't posted a single tweet on ongoing controversy on Bigg Boss 3. Samantha is also no more different to that of Chinmayi.
Interestingly, there is a single factor which made Samantha and Chinmayi shut their mouths on Manmadhudu 2 and Bigg Boss 3. And that factor is Nagarjuna. Yes, Nagarjuna is Sam's mamagaru while he is the hero of Chinmayi's husband's directorial venture.
