Vijay Devarakonda and Rashmika Mandanna formed a successful pair ever since they cast a magic spell with their blockbuster film Geetha Govindam. They are now coming together to entertain movie lovers once again with their romance in Dear Comrade.
Their intimate chemistry and lip-locks are becoming talk of the town. It is known that her lip-lock with Vijay Devarakonda in Geetha Govindam resulted in a lot of controversy, as she was engaged to actor Rakshit Reddy of Kirrak Party fame. But, both parted ways and many felt that her lip-lock was behind the split.
From then on, Rashmika faced questions about their breakup. Recently during Dear Comrade promos in Bengaluru, scribes troubled Rashmika about her breakup.
But this time, Vijay Devarakonda intervened and said, “Speak about the film. One's personal life is irrelevant to others. You people ask the same questions and we give the same answers. All this is not required. This is not our job."
Later Rashmika responded saying, “I have been asked this question for quite some time. I am unable to understand the question clearly and that was the reason I couldn't answer it."
Dear Comrade is expected to be romantic and action-packed. In the film, Vijay plays a student leader and Rashmika will be seen as a state level cricketer. Vijay’s lip lock scene with Rashmika in teaser and trailer created a rage on social media. The film directed by Bharat Kamma is slated for release on July 26th.
