Young Rebel Star Prabhas stardom skyrocketed ever since the sensation he created with his power-packed performance in Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali. His craze increased in Bollywood but all across the country are waiting eagerly for his upcoming entertainer Saaho releasing on Aug 15.
In the midst of all this, analysts feel Prabhas is failing to gauge the market pulse. It is known that despite the craze for Prabhas in Bollywood, he is not a super star like Salman Khan or Amir Khan in B-Town. At present his craze in Tollywood is more than that of Mahesh Babu, NTR, Ram Charan and others.
Saaho rights are fetching around Rs 50 crs in Hindi while Telugu rights are fetching around three times that amount. Even then Prabhas is showing his fascination towards Hindi market.
Right from the heroine to all key roles in Saaho, the makers roped in Hindi actors. One can understand that but even his diehard fans couldn't digest why the makers despite taking a film in Telugu with a Telugu star got tunes in sync with Hindi market and then dubbing it into Telugu. Saaho Psycho Saiyaan disappointed Prabhas' diehard fans.
They missed the logic of getting tunes for Hindi with a Bollywood music director and get tunes in as per the tastes of the Telugu movie lovers. Rajamouli on one side after Baahubali is coming with RRR multi starrer and trying to elevate a Telugu film across the country as per the other markets but Prabhas and UV Creations is shocking all by running after Bollywood market. All this turn out to be small things if Saaho content shows its power or else.
