JC Admits 50 Cr Expenditure! No One to Book Case on Him

No One to Book Case against JC Diwakar Reddy

Maybe this is the ugliest side of Indian democracy. Even if a political leader admits his crime, there is no one to book case against him and to throw him behind the bars.

Going by the reports, TDP leader and former MP from Ananthapur JC Diwakar Reddy shockingly admitted that he had spent Rs.50 crores for the victory of his son JC Pawan, who had contested from Ananthapur MP constituency.

In fact, Election Commission of India set a maximum limit Rs.70 lakhs as an election expenditure to MP candidates and Rs.28 lakhs to MLA candidates.

JC has crossed all the limits in breaking the rules. Though JC hoped a change in the system, he shamelessly let Rs.2000 distributed among voters and has alleged that the voters demanded something more.

Barring JC's controversial statement, there is no one who dare to lodge a complaint against him nor to drag him to courts. That's the corrupted system of India!?
