Akhil made his debut as a hero with mass entertainer Akhil. Though the Akkineni scion had got an opportunity to work with Tollywood's top mass director VV Vinayak, he got the opportunity wasted selecting a poor script.
And now, Akhil is likely to team up with one more top mass director of Tollywood and he is none other than Boyapati Srinu.
Boyapati Srinu is currently helming Vinaya Vidheya Rama (tentaitve) with Mega Power Star Ram Charan as the hero. The movie is set for a grand release on Januar 11 as a Sankranthi gift for audience.
Boyapati will be directing Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna for his next. Thereupon, Boyapati will be collaborating Akhil in the second half of 2019. More details of Boyapati and Akhil's project are awaited.
