It is a known fact that there are no permanent friends nor enemies in politics. The policies of political parties maybe dissimilar. But then, they may get allied during the elections for mutual benefits in the poll battle. And the same parties may get their alliance continued to get them inducted into the cabinet.
Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna, however, appeared to have done permanent damage to TDP through his foul mouth. As we know, he uttered two shocking abuses on Prime Minister Narendra Modi the other day. Wonder what, he hasn't shown any sign of repentance with his act. Moreover, he blamed media that they had morphed his words. How come would it be possible in a live speech?
BJP and TDP got separated recently. Even then, there were little hopes among some TDP activists if would there be any tie up between TDP and BJP during general elections, 2019. Needless to say, Modi might have taken Balayya's words personally and will never ever prefer an alliance with TDP, not only for 2019 but also up to his lifetime.
Every now and then, Balakrishna manhandles his fans during public meets. His name was heard for wrong reasons during the announcement of Nandi awards. All in all, Balakrishna's strange acts careless attitude appeared to have done permanent damage to TDP. Ironically, Chandrababu Naidu feels Balakrishna is right. If not, he could have put him under his control.
