Blockbuster film 'Srikanthudu's team have been facing plagiarism charges ever since the film released Sharat Chandra, the writer of the weekly serial 'Chachchentha Prema', published in Swthi weekly, complained that his novel was copied by team 'Srimanthudu'.
Having accepted the petition of Sharat Chandhra, the Nampally 6th magistrate court issued summons to Prince Mahesh, director Koratala Shiva and producer Erneni Sunil. They should attend the court on March 3.
Hitherto, Sharat Chandra approached writer's council. Since he found no justice was done there, he had to approach Nampally court. Mahesh's fans are hoping the issue solved at the earliest so as their hero not go get involved in controversies.
