It was publicized that the movie's theatricals were sold out to Rs.72 crores then. However, most of the movie lovers didn't believe in those gossips. As the film couldn't live upto the expectations, some anti fans measured the flop range of the film with hiked pre biz numbers. Mahesh's 'Aagadu' was also publicized with unusual business numbers.
According to rumours floating around, the pre release business of Mahesh and AR Murugadoss' film exceeds to be around Rs.150 crores. This number really shocked fans and anti fans. Even though the film would be made as a Telugu-Tamil bilingual, this appears to be a shocking number given the range of a Telugu film is concerned. Strangely, the movie hasn't got its regular shoot started so far. Not just that, Parineeti Chopra has been publicized as the female lead of the movie till yesterday. But the director Murugadoss, himself, confirmed today that Rakul Preet Singh would be doing the lead actress of the film.
