Ranveer Singh after the sensation of Dhurandhar 2 opted to walk of his upcoming project Don3 to be helmed by Farhan Akhtar.
Following, this Farhan Akhtar reacted to the developments. He said “What I have learnt is to expect the unexpected. Nothing can be taken for granted till you actually have it on film."
He added “Honestly, I also feel that from the time I began- from that moment that an Aamir, Akshaye, Preity, Dimple, Saif, Ritesh as my partner- till they come on and said yes ‘let’s make this film’- from that moment on, actually all the way pretty much through till 2022, which is 22-23 years, I have had the most incredible ride. It has just been working with the people that I want to work with, whether directing them or acting in films that I want to act in with directors. So it has been amazing. And you realize that at some point, there will be a period that’s going to come along that is going to be a little bit more challenging then. You’ve had it good. So it’s okay, you just take it in your stride,"
On dealing with the challenges, he revealed “You’ve learnt a lot or at least inculcated a lot from the experiences of people who came before you. And you realize that it’s part and parcel of what you do. That there will be this moment that will come along that will be challenging creatively, existentially, where you are wondering like ‘Oh my God, do I still have what it takes?’ All those challenges do keep coming along. But I am very thankful for what brought me here. I have created enough relationships with people, worked with enough people who know what kind of person I am. What I bring to the table every single time I go in to work. And that’s what is going to see me through,"
