Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar 2 directed by Aditya Dhar is racing for a grand release on 19 March 2026.
Expectations are high on the film as it is the sequel to the blockbuster film Dhurandhar. In the meantime, the runtime locked for the sequel is leaving all shellshocked.
The runtime according to sources has been locked at 3 hours 55 minutes and this is extremely lengthy. It has to be seen whether the lengthy runtime will have any impact on the film's prospects at the box office.
The film stars Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, and Rakesh Bedi in key roles. The film inspired by the real life incidents like the 1999 IC-814 hijacking, the 2001 Indian Parliament attack, and the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks and shows he flashback of Ranveer Singh character Hamza.
The first part told the story of an Indian spy who infiltrates into Pakistan’s criminal syndicate and political system and creates havoc.
