New Delhi, Aug 17:
The Central Election Commission on Monday announced calendar of events for conducting elections for Anantapur and Cuddapah districts local authority constituency (MLC).
According to the commission sources, the election notification will be issued on August 21. The last date for filing nominations is August 28 and scrutiny will be held the next day. The Elections will be held on September 15. The counting of votes will be taken up on September 17.
Returning officer and Joint Collector will issue a notification for the conduct of elections to Anantapur and Cuddapah districts.
