The TDP deployed all of its forces including 75 MLAs and a couple of cabinet ministers during the election campaigning. Also, grand scale of development programs being implemented in the constituency for a few months have been worked out in TDP's favour. Besides, YSRCP's head YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's abusive words against TDP's head Chandrababu Naidu showed negative effect. Above all, ruling parties have edge in by-polls and TDP availed the advantage.
