Industries Minister K Tarakarama Rao on Wednesday said that the manufacturing sector was witnessing a significant growth in the State. Speaking at a CII conference at a private hotel here on Wednesday, the minister the manufacturing sector holds the key for a state’s growth.
The minister said that the state government was for the promotion of industries and companies and hence came out with industry friendly policies aimed at increasing manufacturing productivity and employment opportunities.
Listing some of the flagship programmes of the TRS government , KTR said that the state government could attract more investments through TSiPass and put in place the hassle-free industrial policy. The government could solve a major problem of power supply within a year of coming to the power, he said.
