Hyderabad, Dec 25 : After the vertical split in Praja Rajyam party over the U-turn on separate Telangana issue, the leaders of Telangana formed the Praja Telangana Samithi.The Telangana leaders elected Captain Karunakar Reddy as its president. Paturi Karuna has been elected its vice-president.
The party flag has the map of Telangana on a deep green background.Talking to media persons, president Captain Karunakar Reddy said they would continue their agitation along with Telangana Political Action Committee till the Centre announces a clear decision on the formation of separate Telangana state.
