KK Mahender Reddy, secretary general of Telangana Rashtra Samithi, resigned from party post as well as party membership according to a press release here on Saturday. He is likely to join Congress on Monday.
In the TRS women’s wing, rebelleaders Uma Devi and Neela Padma met chief Minister Rajasekhar Reddy and are preparing their ground to join congress.
Meanwhile, Warangal TRS president Peddi Sudershan Reddy also sent his resignation by fax to the TRS Office in Hyderabad. But he said that he will continue as an ordinary member of the party under the leadership of K Chandrasekhar Rao.
