Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday asked his party cadre to intensify the campaign for ensuing local bodies, municipal and general elections to Lok Sabha and Assembly.
Interacting with the local units through tele-conference, Naidu said that it was unprecedented that elections for different bodies were being held almost at the same time. Therefore, he asked the cadre to focus on local bodies elections first and carry out door-to-door campaign. He said that the TDP should emerge victorious in both Telangana and Seemandhra regions.
Naidu expressed confidence that the TDP candidates would defeat the Congress, YSRCP and TRS in the ensuing elections.
