Since this morning rumors have been spread that I.T.Department has been raiding on Chiranjeevi's elder daughter Sushmitha's house. This news has been telecasted by all the channels. However, a young politician's channel tried to take this incident as an advantage for forthcoming by-polls and telecasted some cooked up stories. As per them, Chiranjeevi put some money in his daughter's home for by-polls. To avoid the IT raids he immediately had gone to Delhi and met Pranab Mukherji to stop the IT raids.
Having got furious over these baseless gossips against him, Chiranjeevi conducted a press meet and lashed out the gossips against him. According to him, his daughter Sushmitha was in fact in Hyderabad only and he too, didn't go to Delhi. Also, he clarified that the raids were done mainly in the house of the relatives of his daughter's father-in-law. He confidently said that his honesty was his strength. Finally, he warned to the channel that tried to spread gossips against him, that he would take a legal opinion to file a complaint against the channel and its head.
