<p>&nbsp; Telugu Desam Party MLA&nbsp; Erraballi Dayakar Rao&nbsp; was suspended&nbsp; from the assembly sessions for two days on Wednesday by Speaker&nbsp; Kiran Kumar Reddy when&nbsp; the&nbsp; House met after a 10-minute adjournment&nbsp; in the morning .</p>
<p>Resenting the comments made by Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, ``calling him a&nbsp; rowdy&rsquo;&rsquo; Dayakar Rao submitted his resignation letter&nbsp; to Speaker&nbsp; Kiran Kumar Reddy.&nbsp; In the resignation letter he mentioned that he was very much hurt by the comments&nbsp; made by&nbsp; the CM.&nbsp; ``I was very much upset over the remarks made by the CM on me, &lsquo;&rsquo; he further&nbsp; added.</p>
<p>Testifying his clean conduct as a representative of the people, he quoted in his letter&nbsp; that he was elected four times as an MLA and one time&nbsp; as an MP and not even once did he retort to rowdyism. ``Assembly is not a place for rowdies but If the speaker feels that I am a&nbsp; rowdy&nbsp; then he is&nbsp; free to hold an inquiry against me and if established then he should accept my resignation,&rsquo;&rsquo; he explained.</p>

<p>``It is not good on the part of Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy to speak lies in the assembly holding such a prestigious position in the state,&rsquo;&rsquo; said Chandra babu Naidu reacting to the&nbsp; remarks made by the CM on his party member E Dayakar Rao.&nbsp; Did the CM hear the statement made by Dayakar ``come out we will see&rsquo;&rsquo;, he questioned. <p>&nbsp; One more fresh case of swine flu was reported in the city on Wednesday taking the total figure to 74.</p>
<p>On Wednesday, a 7-year-old boy who came from London, was tested positive for swine flu. He was admitted to the AP General &amp; Chest Hospital and put under medication.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the Chief Minister, Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, has convened a high-level meeting today to discuss measures to be initiated in preventing the spread of the H1N1 influenza.</p>
<p>In worrying signs, swine flu cases crossed the 1,000 mark in the country. The Centre also deputed a special delegation of officials to Hyderabad to study and suggest the necessary measures in this regard. The delegation is likely to attend the high-level meeting to be convened by the Chief Minister today, along with the officials of Medical and Health department and the doctors of Government Chest Hospital which has been announced as the nodal centre for treating swine flu cases. The officials are also planning to involve private hospitals to tackle the menace.</p>
<p>The State Government has already released Rs 17.6 lakh to the Chest Hospital to make arrangements for H1N1 patients. The Department of School Education is launching `School Health Programme&rsquo; to prevent incidence of any illness among school children.</p>
<p>To create awareness on preventive measures, brochures are being distributed in Hyderabad and other highly populated areas. Nodal officer Dr K Shubhakar says that adequate measures are being taken to prevent spread of the disease and a toll-free number `12506&rsquo; has been launched to provide information about the disease to public.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare Ghulam Nabi Azad congratulated the State administration on tackling the situation efficiently. In a telephonic conversation with the Chief Minister, Azad said that the State Government took extremely good measures when compared to other States in terms of prevention and control of spread of the disease.</p>

One gets a feeling that Ravi Babu decided to come up with the most violent film in Telugu after Nani's Hit3 drawing inspiration from films like Marco and Kill.</p><p>Except for the action sequences, everything turns monotonous and routine. The only saving grace is he included usage of technology in tracking the clues and merging of the videos to prove the sinster design of the criminals. Ravi Babu's screenplay and direction offered nothing new. While the first half though predictable is racy, the second half loses steam during the flashback episode.</p><p>The background score added value to the narration. It is thumping and helped in maintaining the intensity levels. The Cinematography is in sync with the story and the Narration. Editing is quite good except for few scenes in the second half. Dialogues are ok and production values are fine. <p>Few scenes in the first half may appeal to masses but even they cannot sit through all the drinking scenes at the start. The second half turns out to be a patience tester and pre climax turns out to be little decent before the film comes to a happy ending. However nothing excites. None of the character arcs appeal to viewers as they just pass through the motions and most of the scenes miss logics and had artificial flavor.</p>
<p>The comedy of Sivaji, Laya and Roshan didnot workout as the scenes lacked the strengh and the role of Prince turned out to be silly. Director Sudheer Ram's story, screenplay and direction turned out to be weak and disappointinng. <p>Mrityunjay story is penned by Sri Hussain Sha Kiran who worked as the assistant director for Sukumar. He wrote a crime thriller to capture the imagination of all. The narration starts in a slow manner and with Sree Vishnu introduced in a different way, people will be wondering what the director is upto.&nbsp;</p>
<p>However once the mysterious deaths start happening screenplay is in place and the narration picks up pace. Following few cat and mouse games between the hero and the villain, the first half ends with interesting but predictable twist. The second half also continues in the similar manner and the film finally comes to an end bringing the much needed relief to the viewers.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The screenplay is even and uni dimensional for majority of the part. Director tried to come with an investigative thriller, but the so called investigation turns out to be farce. Police are shown as puppets and ACP as a dimwit. Even the race between hero and the villain to go after each other donot excite anyone.</p>
<p>People are witness to such scenes since the olden days and those who expected something new will be completely disappointed. Director missed many logics in the narration and most of the scenes looked silly and even school kids will be laughing instead of getting excited.</p>
<p>Vidya Sagar Chinta's cinematography showed the scenes in a realistic manner. He used the lighting to perfection to show the night scenes in an interesting way. He used the colour combinations accordingly to show the variations in scenes.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Kaala Bhairava with his background music elevated the scenes according to the narration. The editing of Sreekar Prasad is decent except for few repetitive scenes here and there. Production values of Light Box Media, Picture Perfect Entertainment are good.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Initially at the start, this looked interesting but in her effort to thrill viewers taking them to the new heights, she overdid it and altogether in the end, it turned out to be a laughing stock. Except for the so called medical disorder, everything turned out to be routine and predictable. After the so called surprise elements, viewers can predict everything and this turned out to be the biggest backdrop.</p>
<p>While the story turned out to be routine and monotonous, even the narration and screenplay turned out to be repetitive making it a tedious watch to the viewers. The first half comes to an end with a predictable twist and when one expects a better second half, it turns out to be a disappointment.</p>
<p>With the surprise element coming out, Varalakshmi started beating around the bush and the preachy dialogues in the pre climax and climax didnot inspire any confidence. Finally, S.Saraswathi's good intentions got diluted due to Varalakshmi's over enthusiasm and the flat screenplay and direction.</p>
<p>Thaman's music and songs though situational acted as speedbrakers. His background music is in sync with the story. A.M. Edwin Sakay's cinematograhpy is good and showed the scenes in a realistic and believable manner.</p>

Everything fell flat and the climax was rushed and predictable.</p>

This inturn impacted his writing leaving a void and the screenplay goes awry though it looks interesting from outside. With the passage of time, the characters turn preachy with the director unable to fathom how to take the story forward and bring it to a logical conclusion.</p>
<p>The cop is introduced as a tough person and has unique investigation techniques but the investigation scenes offer nothing new. They cop is just turned out to be a mere caricature taking orders from the higherups. Finally when the final episodes end, viewers heave a sigh of relief.</p>

But in the process he failed to realise that one cannot differentiate between Romance categorising it into Gen Z or Older generation.</p>
<p>He tried to highlight the purity in love in the older genderation compared to that of immoral values of gen z relationships but sperations and parting of ways have been prevalent in the society since longtime. The screenplay is linear and treads in a predictable fashion and in the end however failed to justify the reunison of the leadpair.</p>
<p>The film lacked the emotions and everything turns artificial as the director stayed away from the ground reality. He spent the entire first half on how the lead pair deal with the breakup and here he tried to impresses Gen Z with jargons like binge watching, stress shopping and stress eating. But he failed to live in the reality. Both the lead pair characters turned out to be artificial bereft of any emotions. Much to the disappointment of all, the so called interval bang fell flat.</p>
<p>He passed most of the time and the second half with flashbacks. Instead of increasing the interest levels, these turned out to be patient testers. Ganesh Chandra's writing turned out to be lazy and he thought it was casual and interesting. Sadly, he failed to understand the meaning and thought process of Gen Z and he confined himself to use it as jargons.</p>
<p>The music for the film is tuned by Vijay Antony. Though songs didnot make much impact, he added value to the narration with his background music. Ganesh Chandra himself handled the cinematography and he captured the visuals in an appealing and beautiful manner. The editing of Vijay Antony could have been far better as there are scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. Dialogues are ok. Production values are fine.</p>

He worked hard to make an impact and made a decent impression. However at times, it looked as though he is just passing through the motions.</p>
<p>Shivani Nagaram looked decent on the screen. She performed well according to her role. She didnot get much scope to showcase her acting talent and variations in it but carried the little hearts vibes into the film. She impressed with his dialogue delivery.</p>
<p>Sr Naresh turned out to be the show stopper. In the first half his role is just confined to take the story forward and he did it in a subtle manner but in the second half he with his mannerisms and antics entertained all. To the top of it, he impressed all with his emotions bringing in all his experience.</p>
<p>Sudarshan in the role of friend, generated a few laughs along with Suhas and Shivani Nagaram. He elevated the scenes with his screenpresence. Vennela Kishore is ok in his role but at times he turned irritating. Annapurna is good on the screen and Ajay Ghosh did his role accordingly. Harshavardhan made his presence felt. Babu Mohan played a cameo. Others performed according to their roles.</p>
<h2>Hey Balwanth (2026) Movie: Technicians Review</h2>
<p>Hey Balwanth story is Gopi Atchara. He tried to entertain movielovers touching a pertinent and burning point. The first half sails off smoothly with the blend of youthful elements, romance and hilarious scenes. The first half comes with a decent but predictable twist setting the stage for the second half.</p>
<p>The second half continues in the same manner and in the runup to the pre climax and climax, he included father son sentiment scenes. However for all his efforts he failed to blend both entertainment and emotions in a perfect manner and this impacted the film's overall output.</p>
<p>Seeing the film, one understands why Censor Board asked the makers to change the film's title from Hey Bhagawan to Hey Balwanth. The story penned by Gopi Atchara offered nothing new and he came up with a mix of previous hits from various languages. At times the so called entertaining and emotional scenes looked illogical.</p>
<p>Mahi Reddy Pandugula's cinematography is in sync with the story. He showed the scenes in a natural and at the same time colorful as and when required. Viplav Nyshadham's editing is ok but could have been better as there are few repetitive elements that dragged the pace of the narration. The music of Vivek Sagar is ok. The songs looked forced and one could have done away with them as they didnot add much value to the proceedings. His background score is as per the story. Dialogues are hilarious and at times emotional. But many are loaded with double meaning. Production values are decent.</p>

<p>Altogether, Hey Balwanth turns out to be a good entertainer. Gopi Atchara on debut tried to entertain viewers and also blend few emotions highlighting the father-son bonding. Though the idea looks good, the story turned predictable, lacked novelty and screenplay is confined only to entertain viewers rather than a gripping narration. He tried to connect the emotional chords of the viewers in the second half, but few scenes are artificial and illogical. This diverse story that is compelling could have been worth a little more work on the script. Considering all these aspects, <strong>Cinejosh goes with a 2.75 rating for Hey Balwanth</strong>.</p>

<p>Anakapalle (Visakhapatnam), Aug 12 :</p>
<p> Police on Wednesday seized a huge quantity of explosives allegedly meant for Maoists, including ammonium nitrate from a farm house at Mahatoor village in Anakapalle mandal in Visakhapatnam district.</p>
<p>Acting on a tip-off, the police raided the house at Mahatoor village and seized the explosives.</p>
<p>Besides ammonium nitrate, electronic detonators, non-electronic detonators, slurry sticks, gun powder and a few bundles of wire were also seized.</p>
<p>The stock was dumped two days ago and the house owner is absconding, police said.</p>
