Veerabhadra Rao wanted to know the details why these factories were shut down and the staff were not paid salaries for the last one year.  While the Minister  for Sugar industries  in the state D Aruna   fumbled with her answer the members of the House felt  that the  Government  has failed to come up with a proper  answer to the issue pertaining  to closure of  sugar factories.

The members raised the  question  why a sum of Rs 14 crore was allotted to the sugar factory in Kadapa even after its closure. They wanted to know the details  why such a sum was allotted.
