Hyderabad, July 31:-

   Samir and Kaleemullah the main accused in realtor Ijaz Ahmed Ali Khan’s murder on Thursday night surrendered themselves in the Nampalli High Court on Friday afternoon. After interrogation they both were remanded  to Chenchalguda jail.

As reported earlier real estate business man Ijaz Ahme Ali Khan, a resident of Banjara Hills was allegedly shot dead by two of his relatives on Thursday night.  Ahmed  Ali Khan  was going through his routine motions in his office in Banjara Hills on Thursday night. Sarfraz Ahmed, son of Khan’s elder brother was also with him. Around 8 .20 p.m two men namely Samir and Kaleemullah walked into  Khan’s chamber and had discussions with him on matters pertaining to real estate business. 

According to eye witness Ahmed, there were heated exchanges between khan and the duo of Samir and Kaleemullah. A scuffle followed the  heated exchanges and Kaleemullah pulled out .22 revolver and shot at Khan in the chest and fled  from the scene.

The watchman who heard the  gunshot rushed to Khan’s  office only to  find him in a pool of blood.  Meanwhile the duo sped away in a car. 

Khan was rushed to Apollo Hospital in Jubilee Hills where he breathed his last while undergoing treatment.
