Kanipakam Vinayaka’s laddu made from cockroaches?

It was a tragic incident that Lord Varasidhdhi Vinayaka’s abode Kanipakam is getting into cheap politics from some time. With a near by distance from Tirupathi, Kanipakam has developed these days with a good turn out of pilgrims on every day. Even to make the things worse, few people in the Temple management are also spoiling the image of total temple.

Today it was a different issue, which made Pilgrims to open their mouths. When one of the pilgrims who purchased the Laddu Parasadam from counter and opened it by reminiscing the name of Lord Vinayaka, there came the dead big cockroach exactly in centre of the laddu. Cockroach seems to have already boiled enough with Sugar and looks like a rotten one.

‘Temple officials when informed about the mistake took the case very lightly and neglected the complaint. It looked as if management was scolding us making big issue out of this’, a pilgrim reported. When Media arrived there and gave enough publicity, then EO came to the scene and suspended the bids of present laddu makers.
