YSRC President, YS Jaganmohan Reddy who was arrested yesterday in disproportionate assets case has been brought to Nampally CBI Court today at 10:40 AM. As per the arguments from CBI, they have found an illegal wealth amassment of nearly Rs.1200 Crores with all the evidences. The petition from CBI officials says that, Jagan is not co-operating with their interrogation in last three days and custody of 14 days is needed because Jagan if set free can influence the case, witnesses and proofs collected till now.

A video copy of CBI’s investigation of Jagan was submitted to Sessions Judge to prove his non-co-operation. Misusing the power of his father YSR in Chief Minister Seat, Jagan has built a huge business empire violating many norms violating the laws of FEMA bringing the money from overseas into his companies illegally. Lawyers on behalf of Jagan are counter petitioning the CBI asking for a grant of bail promising that the subject would co-operate in investigation.
